Grosvenor Park Miniature Railway

The Grosvenor Park Railway is a family business based in prestigious Grosvenor Park in Chester.
A unique and very popular visitor attraction which operates rides on a miniature railway, running all year round. There is also a giftshop selling high quality toys and refreshments.

They needed an EPOS system that would be able to generate ride tickets and also be used for retail sales in the shop.

I recently spoke to Gillian & John who operate the business and asked for some feedback on how things were going since moving over to POS Logix in October 2020.

"Nothing has ever gone wrong with our system in over 12 months now (maybe minor things, which were put right immediately). The system is first class and fulfils our company needs and beyond. Very easy and straightforward to use.
Customer service and support has been first class, the support team have been lovely, caring and understanding.
The team were so helpful with our changeover to a new card payment provider in December.
By having the card terminal integrated has also been a great benefit to us in speeding up ticket sales especially at our busiest times."

Since the system has been set up it has helped the Railway to improve the overall customer experience.

With the increasing customer numbers, they have been able to purchase some new Locomotives and ran a ‘Meet with Santa’ event for the children visiting the railway over Christmas.
